U-ZEE’s dispute team reviews all evidence and makes a final decision within 5 days.

1. Seller’s Responsibility (Initial Shipment)
The seller is responsible for covering the initial shipping & handling (S&H) costs to deliver the product to the buyer.
A tracking number must be provided to the buyer and U-ZEE once the item is shipped.
The seller must use a reliable shipping carrier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Buyer’s Responsibility (Return Shipping)
If a return is applicable, the seller is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to send the item back to the seller.
A tracking number must be provided by the buyer to U-ZEE along with a receipt once the item is shipped back.
The item must be returned in its original condition unless it was received damaged or defective.

3. Tracking Information for Both Parties
For Buyers: Once the seller ships the item, they will issue a tracking number to the buyer via U-ZEE for real-time order tracking.
For Sellers: If a return is approved, the buyer must issue a return tracking number via U-ZEE so the seller can confirm the item’s return.

4. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
